This
wine is the symbol of Vallagarina and the grapes are grown in the municipal
territories of Nomi at "All’Onda" and of Isera, at "La Vigne".
The difference in the soils of these two vineyards (basalt and limestone)
magnify their complexity, their refinement and harmony.
A careful winemaking process with a 10-day steeping at a controlled
temperature and frequent repassing is followed by a 9-month refinement in
stainless steel.
The colour is intense ruby red; the smell is delicate, the result of red
fruits and violets.
It tastes full, good structured and slightly bitter.
